ROLE OVERVIEW

The SpringHill Company is seeking a highly organized, talented Producer to join our consulting team at Robot. The Producer will specialize in events and act as a key liaison between The Robot Company, client team and external partners in driving project deliverables, developing ideas and solutions, as well as providing superior client project management and executional support. The Producer will be focused on two separate clients with a wide variety of expected events, with the opportunity to support additional client events on an ad hoc basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of the clients’ business, needs, and requirements.
  • Lead workflow and communications between external partners and agencies; attend weekly status meetings and participate in both virtual and onsite meetings in New York – as well “on-the-ground” in markets as needed.
  • Create and optimize interagency process and workflow tools to ensure the entire integrated team is clear on goals, objectives and timing.
  • Collaborate with internal team and agency partners to contribute to the overall activation strategies which will include pre-heat, activation prep, activation and project reconciliation.
  • Oversee the execution of program elements and creative, in conjunction with agency and specialty agency partners, including pre-heat/launch, events, retail and product, hospitality and talent management, film, partners and sponsors. Specific duties by program element are as follows:
  • Events: Manage build and execution of key events from inception through final execution.
  • Retail and Product: Align with the most premium designers and brands to create unique retail and product experiences to promote events accordingly, while adhering to any client/partner guidelines.
  • Ensure all communications and partnerships operate optimally from a holistic communications standpoint.
  • Manage full budget across project lifespan to ensure we remain within the allocated project total.
  • Manage post-activation wrap up including invoicing and providing recap and recommendations for future programs.

QUALIFICATION NECESSARY

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • 6+ years of production experience, particularly in event management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects from inception through execution while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Ability to strategically structure and drive a project to ensure the team meets Client expectations and gets to the highest level of work
  • Experience managing and driving Clients and/or brand relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The SpringHill Company is seeking a highly organized, talented Integrated Producer to join our consulting team at Robot.   • Steward creative from concept to execution and delivery including identifying creative challenges, guiding the conceptual direction, developing visual identities, and defining the stylistic vision and narrative
  • Lead client and partner-facing creative presentations
  • Create and maintain the highest standards for process and delivery to ensure all creative outputs are on-brief and on-brand.
  • Confer with creative team and cross-functional leads to discuss brand or partner requirements to coordinate creative activities
  • Respond quickly to and proactively anticipates business needs and scalable creative solutions
  • Stay up to date on current trends in sports, fashion, editorial, pop culture and social media

QUALIFICATION NECESSARY

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of lead design and art direction experience at a senior level
  • Experience working on brand and product campaigns in the fields of Advertising, Marketing, Fashion, Art, Sports or Entertainment
  • Demonstrated creative problem solver and strategic thinker capable of collaborating with creators of all types
  • Bring curiosity, grit, creativity, empathy, and passion every day to the team and this role
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, a cultivator of collaborative cross-departmental relationships
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative tools

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a strategist/brand architect, you are one of, if not the, most important cog in The Robot Company clock in that you’re responsible for the inception and generation of insights and creative strategies that lead to ‘never been done before’ ideas and creative for both Robot’s, The SpringHill Company’s and Client’s business and brand objectives. You are a “creative x strategy hybrid”. You have knowledge of the individuals and brands shaping and driving conversation. You have your finger on the pulse of culture (music, fashion, lifestyle and sports) and inherently are up-to-date on emerging trends. You serve as an integral strategic driver on client projects while also contributing your thinking and ideas across the full Robot Company roster.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • DEVELOP big ideas, guide and drive strategies grounded in Client Partner goals and objectives while marrying Robot’s expertise in sports, entertainment, and cultural marketing.
  • UNEARTH cultural insights and tap into the larger Robot team on application of those insights to drive storytelling around key strategies and activations in order to achieve the best creative output solutions.
  • DISCOVER opportunities stemming from cultural, social, and digital trends that can inspire richer opportunities and moments that Robot’s Client Partners can own.
  • COLLABORATIVELY DRIVE strategic projects from ideation to completion to ensure internal, client and partner expectations are aligned, specifically adhering to timelines, and ensuring strategic and team accountability.
  • BUILD rapport and trusted relationship with Client Partners, based on expert counsel, including day-to-day clients as well as internal senior management.

QUALIFICATION NECESSARY

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business (see business related e.g., Economics, Marketing Strategy etc.)
  • 3+ years’ experience working within marketing and/or advertising agencies
  • Experience in developing brand strategy and creative ideas connected to an overall strategy
  • Ability to maintain a strategic team structure on a project to get to the most cohesive work achieved
  • Eagerness to take stake in guiding strategic development and process from inception through to execution while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Innate curiosity for the world around you with an ear to the ground on all things sports and culture
  • Proficiency using social and digital media
  • Excellent writing, attention to detail and presentation skills

PRODUCTION ACCOUNTANT (PRE-PRODUCTION), THE SPRINGHILL COMPANY (TSHC)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the cross functional teams to create and manage production schedules and budgets.
  • Provide and present clear, accurate and timely production planning scenarios and analysis to both Producers and cross functional teams during the life cycle of a film.
  • Ascertain and solve budgeting and staffing issues.
  • Collaborate with Producers to quickly estimate and evaluate production health against milestones and data metrics.
  • Create budgets and summaries that provide metrics and data that can be shared broadly to ensure cross functional alignment and well-informed decision making.
  • Adapt to changing scenarios, anticipate problems and recommend solutions to Producers.
  • Provide accurate, detailed and timely cost reports, cash flows and headcount forecasts.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures for POs, invoices, checks and time card approvals.
  • Direct Assistant Production Accountant on all aspects of their job to ensure compliance, accuracy and timely processing of all payments.

  • Must be able to create and revise reports on a PC using Excel software
